Superstone Properties has entrusted the development of Riviera Grand and their several projects in the capable hands of Premkumar.
A graduate from Bombay University and a Certified Project Management Professional accredited by Parson Brinckerhoff USA, Premkumar worked with a Dubai based leading business corporation with diverse interests in real estate, construction and hospitality. As Group Director, he was involved in the development of a number of residential buildings, commercial complexes and five-star hotels, managed by international chains such as Sheraton and Intercontinental Hotel Group (IHG). Premkumar later joined the founding team of one of Dubai’s premium luxury property developers as Senior Vice President – Project Development.
